Customers trust Aspiro. And hence it bagged its first order even before getting formally incorporated. As a part of the agreement, Aspiro set up the entire HR framework for this organization into manufacturing domain based out of Dabaspete, Bangalore. The work included but was not limited to the following:

• Overhauling the existing HR policies
• Setting up a Performance Management System
• Rewards & Recognition System
• Training & Skill Development of employees including senior management

Aspiro’s co-founder Mr. Vinod Sreedharan led this effort and completed the work.
